1. Scope of the General Terms and Conditions of the Joyor Electric Scooter

The following general terms and conditions of Joyor apply to all contracts that a consumer or business client concludes with the seller regarding the goods and/or services presented by the seller in its online store. The inclusion of the customer's own terms is excluded unless otherwise agreed.

For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions, a consumer is defined as any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession. A business client, within the context of these General Terms and Conditions, is defined as any natural or legal person or business partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the course of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.


2. Joyor Electric Scooter Warranty

This limited warranty covers all defects of new Joyor devices accompanied by this limited warranty statement for a period of 24 months after the first retail purchase for electrical components (display, controller unit, motor, and charger) against defects in manufacturing and materials under a basic replacement policy, and a 12-month or 2000 km battery warranty (whichever comes first) under normal installation, use, service, and maintenance conditions.

Only consumers purchasing this device from an authorized Joyor dealer or reseller are eligible for coverage under this limited warranty.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.


3. Joyor Electric Scooter Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy

Consumers have the right to return products or cancel their orders within 14 days of purchase without any reason, only if the product has not been used, has 0 km of total mileage, and is in its original packaging.

The return period will expire 14 days after the day you made the purchase, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of return or cancellation, the customer must inform Joyor of their decision via email, including the order number and purchase receipt. To meet the return deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of return before the withdrawal period has expired.

If the customer requests a return that meets all the requirements of our return policy, we must refund all payments except for shipping costs. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this refund.

In all return cases, we will withhold the refund until the goods have been returned to us and inspected by our technical team.

The customer must bear the cost of returning the goods.


4. Joyor Electric Scooter Prices. Payment Terms

The prices listed on the Joyor website are final and include the applicable Spanish VAT.

Additional delivery and shipping charges, if any, will be indicated separately in the offer for each product listing.

For deliveries within the EU, the seller offers the following payment options unless otherwise stated in the offer for each product listing:

  • Bank transfer

  • PayPal

If the bank transfer payment method is selected, we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation, and you must include the order number in the transaction note.


5. Joyor Electric Scooter Delivery & Shipping

Shipping costs are waived for all orders over €150 within EU countries. Joyor will dispatch packages within 2–4 days after order confirmation.

For deliveries to non-EU countries, in special cases, additional costs may apply for which the seller is not responsible, and these must be borne by the customers.

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the delivery time is 3 to 5 days within Spain. In EU countries, the delivery time is 5 to 10 days. In non-EU countries, delivery is expected within 7 to 10 days.

If not all ordered products are in stock, we are entitled to make partial deliveries at our own expense, as long as this is reasonable for you.

If delivery of the goods fails three times, we are entitled to terminate the contract. If necessary, any payment made will be promptly refunded to you.

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report these issues to the delivery person immediately and contact us as soon as possible at info@joyorscooter.com


6. Liability for Joyor Electric Scooter Defects

Joyor is fully responsible for defects caused by manufacturing faults.


7. Applicable Law for Joyor Electric Scooter

Spanish law shall apply to all legal relationships between the parties, excluding laws governing the international sale of goods. For consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country or state in which the consumer normally resides.
